Max Social Asset Taxonomy

Created a new taxonomy for the Warner Media global social team and their stakeholders leveraged to improve internal asset storage, optimize internal reporting dashboards, and provide insights into their social publishing strategy.

  • We developed a taxonomy framework that reduced total tags required per post, saving community managers and analysts time, improving publishing workflows, asset management, and social performance tracking.

  • We retroactively applied a new social taxonomy to 2022 posts to improve data visibility and conduct a historical analysis of their publishing to inform the 2023 social strategy.

  • We increased tagging coverage, allowing for more insights into asset, post, format, title, and campaign and creative stakeholder performance.
